Work well in spaces sheltered from wind and enjoy being sheltered by other plants
Depending on whether you have the space to store any plants under cover in deep winter, will influence the ones we choose for your scheme. If you can protect them over winter, then a much larger range of specimens becomes available to you
Some plants need wrapping in fleece in cold winters. They look unsightly for those few months but they do pay dividends during the rest of the time
Remove any dead or damaged leaves
